Coastal Engineer/Scientist

About

I’m a scientist and engineer within the Ocean Dynamics and Modeling group at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory currently assessing coastal dynamics and marine energy.

Originally from and currently based out of Alaska, I specialize in the high-latitude and Arctic coastal processes. My research has been published in journals including Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Communications Earth & Environment, and Ocean Modelling; typically taking the form of numerical modeling some combination of waves, tides, storm surge, or ice. Here, you can view my full publication list and specific projects I’m presently or previously worked on.

This page exists as an archive of present and past publications and projects. I may even get around to posting some thoughts in the blog section. I’m always open to collaboration and welcome questions, feel free to reach out.
